Took a look tonight (sunday) just as it got dark (used to be a good time). There were no girls around. I think they have cleaned Nottingham RLD up a great deal - there are new cameras, etc.
There are, of course, videos in RealPunting Members area of Nottingham and Leicester street scenes filmed in 2003:

I think Luton is the best RLD now as I understand. Apart from Scotland - Aberdeen, and I think Glasgow? They have legal RLD's in Scotland I think.
