Firstly the email address your gave does not work:

Secondly your pass does work. Here is the email we tried to send you:
We just tested your user and pass and it works fine at this end and on
another computer located elsewhere in another country (our web developer's).
The issue must be at your end. Try this:
1) delete cookies, temp internet folder, offline files in your web browser
(i.e. clear cache and web history).
2) shut down your computer
3) restart and try again
*** please try and copy / paste your username and pass into boxes as that's what we did and your user / pass has UPPER and lower case.

If it still does not work at your end, try this:
4) download a fresh new web browser that you have not used to view the site before. Try again using that.
