Don't tend to go to parlours in Notts as they often only offer handjobs as max service, but I heard Spangles on Derby Road offers full service (see reports on PunterNet).

Personally I go to Club Classique in Loughborough (well worth the trip) or Directors Lodge (J28 of M1) if I want the massage parlour kind of experience.
